Our new, comfortable, and modernly furnished holiday apartments (33-87 m²) for 2 - 6 people are located in the beautiful town of Markkleeberg, south of the trade fair city of Leipzig. Our apartments feature an open kitchen, living, and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table that seats two to six people. On our large sofas (except for the Aurelius apartment) with a large panoramic window or balcony, you can enjoy views of the greenery or watch a flat-screen TV connected to a home entertainment system. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. The apartments offer 1-2 bedrooms. The interior bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and a shower/bathtub. Towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer are provided. We have also thought of our youngest guests: a cot, high chair, and toilet seat are available (except in the Aurelius apartment). Pet owners are welcome to bring their pets - additional costs of 15€ per day apply.

Very nice holiday apartment with a great roof terrace.
Aurelius's vacation apartment is simply fantastic. From the cleanliness to the furnishings, it was simply top-notch. Nothing was missing. The location is perfect. Connections to the S-Bahn towards Leipzig are right in front of or behind the house. Shopping options are nearby. We'll be back.

The apartments and the villa are 5 minutes by bike or 1.5 kilometers away on foot.

Yes, all apartments have an underground parking space and the villa has two parking spaces in front of the house and five more behind the house.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are the properties family-friendly?
Yes, all accommodations are family-friendly. Maximus' villa offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and high chairs and cribs are available upon request for the apartments.
